Refund & Exchange Policy

14-Day Exchange & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Habonebutik. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day exchange or return policy from the date of delivery under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Exchange/Return:

  • Item must be in its original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be attached and intact.
  • The item must not show any signs of use, perfume, or deodorant.
  • Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required.
  • The request must be initiated within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.

2. Process:

  • Step 1: Contact our customer service team at [insert email, e.g., support@habonebutik.com] within the 14-day period to request a Return Authorization (RMA) number. Please provide your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  • Step 2: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include the original invoice, and clearly mark the provided RMA number on the outside of the package.
  • Step 3: Ship the package to our return address (provided with your RMA) using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping your postage receipt as proof of return.

3. Exchange Options:

  • You may exchange the item for a different size, color, or style of equal value.
  • If the new item is of higher value, you will be charged the price difference.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired exchange item is out of stock, we will offer a store credit or refund (see below).

4. Refunds (Applicable in Specific Cases):

refund (to the original payment method) will only be issued under these circumstances:

  • The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • The exchange item you requested is not available, and you choose a refund instead of store credit.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

5. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized, customized, or made-to-order items.
  • Underwear, swimwear, and bodysuits (unless defective).
  • Accessories (e.g., jewelry, hair accessories) that are not in sealed, original packaging.
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective).

6. Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where we sent the wrong or a defective item.
  • The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
  • We are not liable for return packages lost in transit without a tracking number.

7. Store Credit:

As an alternative, you may opt for store credit (issued as a digital gift card or account credit) for any eligible return. Store credit has no expiration date.
